About Appropia
From enterprise document repositories to governed AI agents.
Appropia started in 2013 working on enterprise document repositories, processes and intelligent document processing for companies and public entities in Latin America. Agents are the next layer on top of that foundation: they are only as good as the information and processes they work on.
Since 2020 we have run an end-to-end supplier payments workflow for Talma SAI, an airport logistics operator in Colombia. Since 2022 we have implemented and operated the official document repository of Colombia's RUNT 2.0 concession, audited by the Ministry of Transport, and an ERP-integrated repository serving 10 companies of the Ajover Darnel group in 4 countries. Since 2024 we have run AI-based supplier document verification for Grupo ATISA in Mexico, cutting each review from 2 weeks to 5 minutes. Across our projects we manage about 15 TB of documents for 18,000 users, in 11 countries across the Americas and Europe.
Today we implement and operate autonomous agents on OpenClaw through AgenticOS, our own product. We are an official member of Anthropic's Claude Partner Network and of the NVIDIA Connect Program, with offices in Colombia and Taiwan.
