AgenticOS · Enterprise AI agent platform
Enterprise AI agents that work in your operation. Governed from day one.
AgenticOS is Appropia's product and service for secure AI agents: agents that follow up, use your systems and close tasks over Slack, email or WhatsApp, with per-agent permissions, human approval and a record of every action. Built on OpenClaw and operated by Appropia.
What an agent can do
A digital colleague, not a chat window.
Works where your team already is
Slack, email, WhatsApp, Telegram and other channels, in direct messages or groups. Nobody installs a new app.
Persistent memory
Remembers customers, projects, preferences and agreements across conversations, so nobody has to repeat the context.
Works on its own schedule
Scheduled tasks, periodic checks and reminders. The agent does not wait to be asked: it follows up.
Uses real tools
Browses the web, fills in forms, reads and writes files, calls APIs and operates your systems: email, calendar, CRM, ERP.
Skills for each role
Each agent learns the procedures of its job as skills: how to prepare a quote, how to close the month, how to file a request.
Several agents, one team
Specialized agents split the work and hand tasks to each other: one for sales, one for projects, one for support.
The model you choose
Claude, GPT or open models running on your own infrastructure. You can change the model without rebuilding the agent.
In your infrastructure
Deployed in your cloud account or on your servers, with an isolated runtime. Your data does not depend on a vendor's cloud.
What Appropia adds
Autonomy, with rules.
An agent that can do anything is a risk. In AgenticOS every agent starts with a governance card: what it can see, what it can do, when it must ask and how it is measured.

Per-agent permissions
Which systems it sees, which data it reads and which actions it can take. Nothing by default.
Human approval
Sensitive decisions (paying, signing, sending to a customer) wait for a person to approve them.
A record of every action
What it did, when, with which data and why. Auditable by your team, not only by ours.
Limits and isolation
Spending caps, working hours, recipient allow-lists and sandboxed execution when the risk calls for it.
Measurement
Every agent has goals with an indicator: time saved, tasks closed, exceptions escalated.

Frequently asked questions
What is AgenticOS?+
AgenticOS is Appropia's product and service for enterprise AI agents. It is built on OpenClaw, the open-source agent framework, and adds governance (per-agent permissions, human approval and a record of every action), integration with your systems and ongoing operation by our team.
How is AgenticOS related to OpenClaw?+
OpenClaw is the technical base: the agent runtime with channels, memory, skills and scheduled tasks. AgenticOS is what Appropia builds and runs on top of it so agents can work in a company with clear limits.
Are these managed AI agents?+
Yes. We design, deploy and operate the agents with you: monitoring, controlled updates, cost limits and indicator reporting. The agents run in your infrastructure or your cloud account, so you keep control of the data.
How do you keep AI agents secure?+
With least-privilege permissions per agent, isolated runtimes, reviewed and pinned skills, secrets outside the agent, human approval for sensitive actions and a tamper-proof audit trail. The details are in our public AgenticOS Security Framework.
Is an agent the same as a chatbot?+
No. A chatbot answers when someone asks. An AgenticOS agent works continuously: it follows up, uses tools, completes tasks in your systems and escalates to a person when it should.
Do you work with companies in the United States and Canada?+
Yes. We deliver remotely from Colombia and Taiwan. Colombia is on UTC-5 all year, which overlaps with North American business hours.
How do we start?+
With one process, one owner and one metric: a pilot of about 30 days in an isolated environment, with human approval on everything. Then we decide with you whether to scale, adjust or stop.
